Zofia Kierner is a social entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of women's leadership, education, and institutional impact. She began in elementary school by donating English-language books to schools in Poland. Today, she leads two organizations and a body of work that has reached over 107,000 young women across Europe.
As founder of Girls Future Ready Foundation, she has built Europe's largest foundation run by young women, for young women — now in its eighth year, with seven flagship programs, an annual summit, and a roster of corporate partners that includes BCG, Roche, Air France KLM, Bank ING, and Vogue.
As CEO of 50one, she advises families and brands on the design and operation of their philanthropic vehicles — bringing the rigor of an operating foundation to a category long underserved by full-service consultancy.
She serves as a member of the SDG4 Youth Council and speaks regularly at international forums on youth leadership, women's empowerment, and the role of business in social impact. She is a frequent voice in European and international media, at roundtables at UNESCO, the UN, and the European Parliament, and a visiting lecturer at Harvard University and UC Berkeley.
